Jack came into the care of F.R.R. in
October 2007, after doing his 7 days in a pound down south.
When he arrived, we
discovered that Jack was lame on his back right leg. The vets determined
that Jack
had a neurological
problem, and so we made the decision not to re-home him, but to keep him in
long term foster care.
Annette, one of our
volunteers, came to the rescue and offered Jack a place with her and her family,
where
he became a much loved
family member, until his condition worsened in the middle of 2009.
On the 4th of July 2009,
we made the extremely hard decision to let Jack go to the Bridge.
R.I.P.
Jack.
