LEO

Leo came into our care after serving his seven days in a Pound down south.

Leo is the most fantastic, big, loving, cuddly teddy bear... but he has absolutely no muscle at all, especially on his hind legs.  When Leo came into our care, he also had a very pronounced limp, we have now got this sorted, and feel it was probably due to Leo's lack of muscle. 

We suspect that wherever he came from before he came to us, Leo was kept confined in a very small, restricted area, and going by the state of his coat, we think he was probably kept outside 24/7 as well.

The best thing to help Leo would be a course of hydrotherapy, to help quickly improve his muscle tone, without placing too much stress on his joints.

Leo has now moved into a foster home near a hydrotherapy centre, so that he can get to and fro twice a week, all we need now is some pennies to pay for it....
